Co-Living is shared living, were all residents have access to fantastic shared amenity spaces and services. It’s your own bedroom with ensuite bath / shower room within a shared apartment, meaning you share a living room / lounge and kitchen. It’s perfect whether moving on your own or part of a group.
You can choose from one of our 3, 4 or 5 bed shared co-living apartments, a studio or one bed apartment.
A shared apartment allows you to connect and collaborate with flatmates. Our shared apartments feature shared kitchen, dining area and lounge. Whereas our studio and one-bedroom apartments are for individuals who prefer to have their own living space.
Fully furnished apartment, utility bills, super-fast WIFI and access to fantastic shared amenities and services.
All apartments come equipped with a kettle and toaster.
All shared co-living apartments have a dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge freezer.
Studio rooms have a combined microwave oven and fridge freezer.
We offer flexible tenancies to suit you - from short term through to 12 month agreements.
Yes, all rooms have their own ensuite.
All shared apartments have a large smart TV in the lounge / living area. All studio rooms and one-bedroom apartments also have a smart TV.
Please note you are required to have a television license and this is not provided within your rental fee.
Washing machines are not available in apartments within Acer. However, there is a large laundry room with washing machines and dryers available to all residents 24/7.
Yes, we have 3-5 bedroom apartments that are perfect for arriving as a group and living with friends.
We have individual tenancy agreements so if someone leaves it’s not your responsibility to find a new flatmate.
Yes, we offer dual occupancy in our gold and platinum studios, as well as our one bedroom apartments. There is an additional 25% charge for this.
Simply, visit the book a viewing section of our website and select a date and time that works best for you. You can visit us at our show flat or you can book a virtual tour.
All tenants will need to provide evidence of their right to rent in the UK and proving your valid right to rent document is a requirement by UK law. This may be a UK passport or a government share code. Further information details can be found here on the UK government website at Right to Rent Documents.

Curated Events Calendar
We have a maintenance team to support any issues you incur whilst living with us. Simply, log your issue via our dedicated online resident portal and a member of the team will resolve your problem.
We do not allow pets in Acer at Square Gardens
We have a dedicated parcel room where all deliveries will be placed. We will provide residents with access to our parcel app. This parcel app notifies you as soon as parcels are available for collection from the parcel room.
You will be provided with a manual detailing how to use all appliances and equipment in your room. In addition, our team will support any queries directly with you.
There will be occasions where we need to access your apartment as part of our statutory maintenance and assessment checks. We will notify you in advance when access is required.

There are various payment options available and you can pay in full or monthly or termly instalments.
Yes, there is a £200 deposit.
Your deposit will be held by a third party, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and will be refunded by them at the end of your tenancy subject to all terms of your tenancy agreement being met.
We may require references from previous landlords or employers and all government right to rent checks may be required.
A UK based Guarantor, or a Guarantee Company is required if you are paying rent by monthly instalments. A Guarantor is not required if you are paying the full rental amount for the duration of your tenancy agreement.
